Terms and Conditions

• Please advise me of any illness your pet suffers from and also any medications they will require during the time I am looking after them. All vaccinations and worming treatments must be up to date.
• We will not accept dangerous dogs, and must be advised of any behavior or health problems in advance.
• Uncastrated dogs or bitches in season can be accepted for walking and home visits but could be subject to a surcharge applicable to location (to be agreed prior to booking).
• When your pet is in my care should it require any form of emergency treatment you will be responsible for the full cost.
• Boardings for dogs and other pets are subject to a 50% deposit, payable to secure your booking. You will also have to provide the dogs food and also their own bed so that they feel at home.
• All dogs will be kept on the lead whilst out on walks unless prior written consent is given and reliable recall is demonstrated/proven!
• A deposit of 50% upfront will be required for all advance bookings of doggy day care, dog boarding and Equine Groom Cover of 8 hours+.  This will be refunded provided notice of cancellation is received via email or letter not less than 72 hours prior to the time commencement of care is booked for.
• We reserve the right to decline or terminate a booking in any circumstances.
• Doggy day care refers to a stay of up to 8 hours, an additional pre-agreed charge will be applied to longer stays.
